Meatloaf made with stove top stuffing

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 egg
1 cup water
1 package stove top stuffing mix (any flavour)

Mix all ingredients together
Press into sprayed loaf pan
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

Makes 8 servings
