1/4 teaspoon seasoning, or more to taste

½ cup diced cauliflower

½ cup diced summer squash

½ cup diced zucchini

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup diced asparagus

½ cup diced sweet red pepper

½ cup diced mushrooms

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 teaspoons vegetable oil


Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
