A new pasta recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner. Albino Pasta is made with white flour, eggs, butter and salt. This recipe’s ingredients are so simple that you can have it on the table in less than an hour!

Ingredients:

? cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 (16 ounce) package dry penne pasta

1 teaspoon minced garlic

Instructions:

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

In small saucepan, saute garlic a small amount of oil. Combine garlic, olive oil, and pasta in a bowl. Mix in parmesan cheese.
