Angelyn’s Marinade

I have a recipe that is going to be perfect for summer! I love grilling out and my favorite part is marinating the meat. It just makes everything taste so much better! This marinade will be great on chicken, steak, pork chops…anything you want really. The only thing you need to think about is how long it needs to sit in the fridge before grilling or cooking. In this blog post I’ll tell you all about my new favorite Marinade recipe and why it’s so delicious. You can even take some of this with you camping if you’re heading out soon!
prep: 10 mins total: 10 mins Servings: 6 Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon minced garlic

? cup white wine

? cup soy sauce

1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions:

In a shallow dish, mix together soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and cilantro. Marinate fish or chicken for 1/2 hour or more before grilling.
