I’m so excited to share my dad’s best cabbage coleslaw recipe. The key ingredient is his homemade barbecue sauce and it gives the slaw such a delicious sweet and tangy flavor! I use this as a side dish for pulled pork, ribs, or chicken. It also works great on top of burgers too. This recipe is super easy and you can whip up in less than 10 minutes! You’ll need: green cabbage, red onion, 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp sugar (to taste), salt & pepper to taste.
