Apple and Crabapple Sauce

Apple And Crabapple Sauce

I’ve been making this apple and crabapple sauce recipe for years, and it’s one of my all-time favorites. It’s a perfect accompaniment to pork chops or chicken breasts, but is also great with eggs in the morning. The apples are cooked down until they’re soft and their flavor has been enhanced by the rich sweetness from the brown sugar. There’s no need to add any water because some of the natural juices from cooking will do just fine. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have!
