Apple Cider Chicken Marinade

I have a new recipe that I am excited to share with you all, especially as the season of fall is upon us. This apple cider chicken marinade will be perfect for those chilly nights and there is something about cooking on the grill outside in this time of year that just makes it so cozy! It’s a great dish for entertaining friends or family who come over during this time too.

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

? cup extra-virgin olive oil

? cup white wine

1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Whisk together the white wine, olive oil, lemon juice, cider vinegar, basil, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Marinade chicken in mixture 8 hours or overnight.
