This post is for all of you moms out there that need a little help with getting your kids to eat their fruits and vegetables. I’m going to share with you this banana avocado yogurt smoothie recipe! What’s great about this drink, in particular, is it will make your children think they’re having ice cream (or another favorite dessert) but in reality they are just enjoying a healthy snack or meal replacement. It tastes delicious too – sweet and creamy like vanilla ice cream! It only takes minutes to whip up and can be enjoyed year round. Enjoy!

2 tablespoons water, or as needed (Optional)
1 avocado – peeled, pitted and diced
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (such as Chobani®)
1 banana, chopped
Place Greek yogurt, avocado, and banana in a blender and puree until smooth. Add water for a thinner smoothie.
