Ingredients: 1/2 cup milk (I use almond) 1 frozen ripe banana 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups fresh strawberries (you could also use frozen) ice cubes if desired* water if needed

1 (8 ounce) container strawberry yogurt
1 teaspoon banana extract
1 banana, broken into chunks
2 teaspoons white sugar
¾ cup milk
Place banana, banana extract, milk, yogurt, and sugar into a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
