This banana berry smoothie is perfect for summer, and you can use fresh or frozen berries in it! The yogurt makes it extra creamy without the need for ice cubes. Make sure you add yogurt with active cultures, like low-fat or non-fat plain Greek yogurt. You could also add some vanilla extract if you’d like an added flavor boost.

1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt

1 banana

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon honey

3 large strawberries


In a blender, combine milk, banana, strawberries, yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve.
