Banana Ginger Smoothie

Bananas, ginger and yogurt come together to make a delicious breakfast or snack. This smoothie is quick and easy to make too! Check out the recipe below:
Ingredients: 1 banana (fresh or frozen), 1/2 cup plain yogurt (I use Greek), 2 tablespoons honey, 3 ice cubes, 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root.
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately!

1 (7 ounce) container vanilla yogurt

½ teaspoon ground ginger


Place vanilla yogurt, banana, ginger, and honey in a blender; blend until smooth.
