Ingredients:
1 frozen banana (sliced) 1 cup of coconut milk (or any type of milk) 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or almond butter 5 ice cubes 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Ingredients:

½ cup chocolate-flavored soy milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds (Optional)

¼ cup rolled oats

8 chunks frozen pineapple

6 frozen whole strawberries

1 cup pineapple juice

1 small banana

Instructions:

Blend oats and chia seeds in a blender until powdery; add pineapple juice, chocolate soy milk, pineapple chunks, strawberries, and banana and blend until smooth.
