The Beef Teriyaki recipe is a family favorite and one of my mom’s signature dishes. It has been passed down through the generations on the island of Hawai’i, where she grew up on sugarcane plantations. The dish can be prepared with or without pineapple. Serve it over rice for an authentic Hawaiian meal! ~~~Olivia Miyamoto
