I’m not the best at cooking, but I think this recipe is pretty foolproof. My husband loves it and my kids eat it like candy. It’s a great meal to feed your family on busy weeknights or lazy weekends. 2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 pork chops butterfly cut
1 onion, sliced
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
Arrange onion slices on bottom of slow-cooker. Cut butterfly chops in half and place on top of onions. Pour in beer and add chicken bouillon cubes. Cover and cook and low 6 to 8 hours.
