Berry Cordial

Berry cordial recipe is a refreshing drink during the summertime. It is easy to make and can be consumed as a shot or mixed with seltzer water for an adult berry soda. The best thing about this recipe is that it uses ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen! This would be great to serve at parties, especially if you are having kids over!
I hope that my post was helpful and now I want to share with you how I like making my berry cordial:
1) In a blender combine berries (raspberries, blueberries and strawberries), 1/4 cup of sugar and half-cup of water; blend until smooth. Pour raspberry mixture through strainer into pitcher; discard seeds left

prep: 5 mins additional: 1 week 3 days total: 1 week 3 days Servings: 32 Yield: 1 quart

1 quart blackberries

1 cup sugar

1 quart vodka

Pour the sugar into a 1 quart jar. Fill the remaining space with berries, but do not pack down. Fill the jar with vodka so that the berries are completely covered. Seal the jar. Let the jar stand for 2 months, shaking the jar every week. The sugar should dissolve, and the vodka will become colored.

Strain the liquid through a metal sieve, and then through a coffee filter to remove the fruit. Pour into pretty bottles. Drink as a cordial, or use it to flavor lemonade or iced tea.
