Best Ever Popcorn Balls

Ingredients: 1/2 c Unpopped Popcorn Kernels 4 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 3/4 tsp Salt 2 c Mini Marshmallows Steps: Melt butter over medium heat Add brown sugar and salt Stir in marshmallows until melted Pour kernels into pot and stir continuously Shake pot back & forth over heat until all kernels have popped Cool mixture for 10 minutes Form 8-10 clusters of popcorn by pressing firmly between palms Place on wax paper or foil Let cool completely before serving

2 ? cups confectioners’ sugar

¼ cup margarine

¾ cup light corn syrup

1 cup marshmallows

5 quarts plain popped popcorn

2 teaspoons cold water


In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the corn syrup, margarine, cold water, confectioners’ sugar and marshmallows. Heat and stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Carefully combine the hot mixture with the popcorn, coating each kernel.

Grease hands with vegetable shortening and quickly shape the coated popcorn into balls before it cools. Wrap with cellophane or plastic wrap and store at room temperature.
