There are only 5 ingredients in the dish which means there’s less to clean up after! This meal can be made in 10 minutes or less. All you need are black beans, tuna packed in water, diced green onion, chopped celery stalk with leaves included (or green bell pepper), mayonnaise or vegan mayo of choice (I use Veganaise) and salt.

½ cup mayonnaise
½ (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni
ground black pepper to taste
3 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons bacon bits
1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
½ lemon, juiced
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes; drain. Rinse macaroni with cold water until cooled completely; drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Mix black beans, tuna, mayonnaise, green onions, bacon bits, lemon juice, and black pepper with the macaroni. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled.
