Blackberry Spinach Salad

Spinach salads are a staple in the diet of many moms, but have you ever found yourself eating them because you’re too tired to cook or don’t know what else to make? We’ve all been there. To shake things up and provide an alternative that’s just as easy, I’m sharing my favorite blackberry spinach salad recipe! It’s light and refreshing with ingredients like fresh cilantro, feta cheese, walnuts and dried cranberries (plus more!) that give it great flavor. The best part is that it can be made ahead of time for quick weekday lunches or dinners. Read on for the full recipe!

1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved

1 pint fresh blackberries

3 cups baby spinach, rinsed and dried

1 green onion, sliced

¼ cup finely chopped walnuts (Optional)

6 ounces crumbled feta cheese

½ cup edible flowers (Optional)


In a large bowl, toss together baby spinach, blackberries, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, green onion, and walnuts. Garnish with edible flowers.
