2 large eggs
½ cup of canola oil
2 teaspoon of lemon extract
½ cup of white sugar
½ cup of brown sugar
1 cup of grated zucchini
¾ cup of all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon of kosher salt
¾ cup of whole wheat
½ teaspoon of baking powder
1/8 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

How to Prepare

Step 1: The first step is to preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then grease the loaf pan.
Step 2: Beat the eggs lightly with the oil, vanilla and sugar in a bowl together.
