Brazilian Banana Bread

Brazilian Banana Bread is a delicious, moist and fluffy bread that is perfect for breakfast or snacks. This recipe has been passed down through generations of Brazilian women in my family. I hope you enjoy it!
Brazilian Banana Bread Recipe: Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C. Melt butter with 1 cup sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat until bubbling around the edges but not browned. Stir in 2 eggs, mixing well after each one goes in, then add banana slices and mashed bananas (about 3). Mix together dry ingredients – 4 cups flour & 1 tsp baking soda – and stir them into the mixture along with vanilla extract. Pour batter into an 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper
