Cherry Caprese Salad

Cherry Caprese Salad

This is a salad that I have been making for years. It’s not fancy or complicated, but it tastes great and you can find all the ingredients at your local grocery store. This recipe is made with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The best part about this salad? You can eat it as an appetizer or serve it up as a main dish alongside some grilled chicken or pork chops!
