- 1/3 cup (40 g) cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Combine the milk, cornstarch, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
3. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from the heat.
