Ingredients

  • -4 chicken breasts, cut into small strips
  • -1/2 cup flour
  • -1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • -1/4 teaspoon salt
  • -1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • -1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • -1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • -1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • -1/4 cup olive oil
  • -3 cloves garlic, minced
  • -1/4 cup honey
  • -1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

1) In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, basil and garlic powder. coat chicken in the mixture. 

 

2) Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add chicken to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes, until crispy on all sides. Remove from pan.

 

3) In the same skillet, add garlic and honey and cook for 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant. 

 

4) Reduce heat to low and pour soy sauce and cooked chicken into the pan. Cook for 1 minute until sauce is heated through, stirring to coat chicken in honey garlic sauce.
