Ingredients
-1/2 cup chopped ham
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
-1/4 cup flour
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 egg
-3 tablespoons milk
-6 tablespoons butter, melted
-8 flour tortillas
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together ham, cheese, flour, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and butter. Pour mixture over the ham mixture, and mix well.
