Hamburger Mushroom Bake

Easy to make recipe, with mushroom mozzarella giving it an awesome taste.

The hamburger mushroom bake is a mouth-watering and satiating delicacy. You can add mozzarella cheese before baking the meal.

Ingredients

1 lb. Ground beef
1 lb. Sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Butter unsalted
6 oz. Cream cheese softened
3 Large eggs
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Seasoning salt
2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese for garnish

The process

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Keep the ground beef in the skillet brown, add salt and pepper to taste well. After that, drain any excess fat from the beef and leave it.
Step 3: In the skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter on a medium heat on the stove, and add the mushroom to the skillet until it becomes soft.
Step 4: Mix the minced garlic, seasoning salt, parsley, and pepper for it to taste, and leave for a few minutes.
Step 5: Blend together the cream cheese and eggs in a food processor or blender until it is smooth.
Step 6: After then, pour the cream cheese sauce over the ground beef, and place the cream cheese sauce mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
Step 7: Add mushrooms to it at the top of the meat mixture, and let it bake for 20 minutes. You can garnish with parmesan when it’s done and serve hot.
