Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons margarine

  • 2 enormous green chiles, diced

  • 2 jalapenos, finely diced

  • 1 poblano Chile, diced

  • 2 onions, diced

  • 4 pounds diced frozen hash earthy colored potatoes

  • Salt and ground pepper

  • 2 cups ground sharp Cheddar

  • 2 cups ground Monterey Jack

  • 8 cuts bacon, singed and slashed

Directions

  • Preheat the stove to 375 degrees F.
  • Liquefy 2 tbsp of spread in a huge skillet.
  • Over medium hotness, saute the chiles and onions until sautéed, practically darkened.
  • Add the frozen hash tans, and mix.
  • Season with salt and ground dark pepper and throw together.
  • When the hash brown is practically cooked, tip it into a buttered baking dish.
  • Top with the ground sharp cheddar and bacon.
  • Prepare until hot and effervescent, around 30 minutes.
  • Permit resting For 5 min prior to serving.
  • Present with bubbled eggs or any sides you love.
