INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup tomato paste
1 1/3 cups tomato sauce
1/4 cup molasses, unsulfured
1/3 cup honey
2 tsp all natural hickory liquid smoke
1/2 cup plus 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Mix all the ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes, while stirring from time to time.
2.When finished, set aside to cool and keep in the fridge until ready to use or up to one week.
3.For the best result on grilled meat, cover the chicken, beef or turkey with sauce at last 10 minutes of cooking.
