4 medium sweet potatoes, 5.5 ounces each
Freshly ground black pepper

1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Scrub clean the sweet potatoes and prick them with the fork all over.
3.Line the paper onto the baking sheet and place sweet potates over it.
4.Bake them until they are tender and soft, and when you easily insert the fork in the thickest part. It should take 45 to 50 minutes.
5.Let them cool down, and then cut them in half. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and top with your favourites to make the best out of it.
