Description

Parmesan Baked Cod is a delicious, decadent way to enjoy cod. This dish uses just 8 ingredients, many of which are staples in most kitchens! 


Ingredients

1 lb cod fillets

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup almond flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet or coat with non-stick cooking spray. 

 

In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. 

 

Dip the cod fillets in the Parmesan mixture until well coated and place on the prepared baking sheet. 

 

Bake for 10 minutes or until cod flakes easily with a fork.
