As the name implies, this recipe is super easy to make. Just chop up all the ingredients, pour in a slow cooker and cook for the required time. The product is really tender and loaded with flavor. It’s a perfect main course for family events or for weekend dinners.

3 pounds beef roast
6 potatoes, peeled
1½ cups baby carrots
1 yellow onion
2 stalks celery
3 cubes beef bouillon
½ cup water
Step 1: Slice the potatoes, onions and celery into thin slices and place in a crockpot. Place the beef roast on top of the vegetables, then add the bouillon cubes on the roast to season it.
Step 2: Pour water in the pot, cover it and allow to cook for 5 hours till it’s done. Take down and serve to the family.
