Another crockpot recipe that’s super easy to prepare, but takes time to be ready. The Hawaiian chicken requires only 4 ingredients, but yields a super delicious dish that the whole family will love.
Sweet Hawaiian crockpot chicken recipe is one of the most delicious chicken recipes I have ever tasted. Will it take an entire day to cook? Yes, but that just means you can prepare everything, turn on your slow cooker, and by the time it’s dinnertime, you have dinner ready. Just four ingredients are required for this meal, and the end result is about the most delectable thing you’ve ever tasted.
Total time to prepare: 6-8 hours.
2 pounds of chicken tenderloin chunks
½ cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1 large can of drained pineapple chunks
How to prepare
Step 1: Combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce together in a bowl, then place the chicken tenderloins chunks into the crockpot.
Step 2: Add the sauce mixture to the chicken, cover and leave it to cook for 6-8 hours on low.
Step 3: An hour before the cooking time elapses, drain the pineapple chunks and pour the chunks on top of the chicken.
Step 4: After an hour, remove from the heat, serve and enjoy.
You could set your crockpot on high to have a faster cook. This will take about 3-4 hours to achieve a similar level of tenderness.
