I’m sharing my favorite summer drink recipe with you today, iced latte. This is perfect for moms on the go because it is easy to make and tastes great! It’s also fairly inexpensive to make at home. All you need are some interesting coffee flavors like Mocha or Peppermint, milk, ice cubes, ground espresso beans (or instant espresso), and an electric blender. Ingredients:

ice cubes

1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

¼ cup boiling water

1 cup cold milk

1 tablespoon white sugar

Instructions:

Combine boiling water, coffee granules, and sugar in a large mug and whip with an immersion blender until foamy, about 2 minutes. Set aside.

Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Pour milk over ice cubes. Top with the coffee foam.
