The holidays can be a time of great joy. It’s the perfect excuse to get together with family and friends for food, drinks, and merriment. However, this time of year also brings its challenges. Take into consideration that people are traveling from different parts of the country (or world) to visit their loved ones; they may miss their daily routines and struggle with increased stress levels due to lack of sleep or too much alcohol consumption. If you’re hosting guests for the holiday season, take some extra time out before they arrive to prepare yourself mentally and physically so you can enjoy your holiday as well! Here is one recipe which will help: Whiskey Sidecar – it’s easy enough to whip up last minute when unexpected guests stop by!
