This recipe is quick, easy and delicious. The ingredients are simple but the flavor is impressive! This vinaigrette will be your new favorite salad dressing! Make it for dinner tonight or tomorrow night- you won’t regret it. You can use this white wine vinaigrette as a marinade too! It’s perfect for chicken, fish, shrimp and just about anything else that needs some flavor. It also pairs well with any type of vinegar so feel free to mix up the flavors by using red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar in place of white wine vinegar.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon white sugar

⅓ cup white wine vinegar

⅓ cup vegetable oil

½ teaspoon salt

1 pinch ground black pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

Place the oil, vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Close the lid, and shake vigorously to blend. Use right away, or store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
