Ingredients
  

  • 3 packages Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb kielbasa sliced
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus more for topping
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add 3 cups chicken broth, pierogies, kielbasa, and 1 cup cheddar cheese to the crockpot. Stir gently to combine.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before cooking ends, warm the cream cheese with the remaining 1 cup chicken broth. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and top with additional cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on LOW for another 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
