kielbasa
sliced

8 oz block cream cheese

shredded cheddar cheese
plus more for topping

Instructions
Add 3 cups chicken broth, pierogies, kielbasa, and 1 cup cheddar cheese to the crockpot. Stir gently to combine.
Cover and cook on
HIGH
for 3-4 hours or
LOW
for 6 hours.
About 30 minutes before cooking ends, warm the cream cheese with the remaining 1 cup chicken broth. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Stir the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and top with additional cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on
LOW
for another 30 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
