Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 can 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough 8 oz each

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  • Add softened cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and combined. Stir in drained Rotel until fully mixed.
  • Roll out crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Spoon sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up from the wide end to the tip.
  • Arrange crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
