Mix together yogurt, fruit, granola and honey or maple syrup and layer them into cup jars until they are full. Then store them in the fridge overnight so that they’re ready for tomorrow morning’s breakfast! This way the only thing left for mom to do is grab one of these healthy parfaits from the fridge and go about her business while her little ones enjoy their breakfast at home!

2 cups vanilla yogurt
In a large glass, layer 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup granola and 4 blackberries. Repeat layers.
