Moms, you know how hard it can be to get the kids out of bed in the morning…especially on a school day! But if you make this yummy Yogurt Parfait recipe each night before bedtime, your kids will wake up ready for breakfast. Mix together yogurt, fruit, granola and honey or maple syrup and layer them into cup jars until they are full. Then store them in the fridge overnight so that they’re ready for tomorrow morning’s breakfast! This way the only thing left for mom to do is grab one of these healthy parfaits from the fridge and go about her business while her little ones enjoy their breakfast at home!

Ingredients:

1 cup granola

2 cups vanilla yogurt

8 blackberries

Instructions:

In a large glass, layer 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup granola and 4 blackberries. Repeat layers.
