Italian seasoning mix

garlic powder

smoked paprika
Sea salt and pepper to taste

asparagus stalks
ends trimmed

sun-dried tomatoes
chopped

slices
mozzarella cheese

tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cut pockets into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through.
Place 3 asparagus stalks and sun-dried tomatoes on each mozzarella slice, roll, and stuff into the chicken pocket.
Secure with toothpicks.
Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove toothpicks, serve, and enjoy!
