Ingredients
  

  • For the Donuts:
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup Egg Beaters or Better’n Eggs
  • ¾ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • cup unsweetened applesauce
  • cup skim milk
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • For the Glaze:
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a donut pan.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • Whisk together Egg Beaters, yogurt, applesauce, milk, and lemon zest.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir until just mixed.
  • Pipe batter into the donut pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Cool slightly, then glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar mixture.
