For the Donuts:

all-purpose flour

sugar

baking powder

baking soda

Egg Beaters or Better’n Eggs
¾
cup
plain non-fat Greek yogurt
⅓
cup
unsweetened applesauce
⅓
cup
skim milk
Zest of 1 lemon
For the Glaze:
Juice from ½ a lemon

powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a donut pan.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk together Egg Beaters, yogurt, applesauce, milk, and lemon zest.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir until just mixed.
Pipe batter into the donut pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Cool slightly, then glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar mixture.
