- 2 pounds mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- ½ teaspoon thyme chopped (or ¼ teaspoon dried thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean and slice the mushrooms as needed.
In a large bowl, combine oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss the mushrooms in the mixture until fully coated.
Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
