cut into bite-sized florets

avocado oil

beef stock

low-sodium soy sauce

sweet chili sauce

hot sauce

teaspoon
sesame oil

teaspoon
ginger powder or 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger

garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves
minced

cornstarch

teaspoon
sesame seeds
for garnish
Instructions
Slice steak thinly against the grain and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Whisk together stir fry sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook half the steak for 2 minutes per side. Remove and repeat with the rest.
Add 1 tablespoon oil to the pan and stir fry broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium, add the sauce, and stir until it thickens. Return beef to the pan and combine.
Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
