Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb skirt/flank steak thinly sliced
  • 1 lb head broccoli cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil divided
  • ½ cup beef stock
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon hot sauce optional
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder or 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Slice steak thinly against the grain and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  • Whisk together stir fry sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook half the steak for 2 minutes per side. Remove and repeat with the rest.
  • Add 1 tablespoon oil to the pan and stir fry broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to medium, add the sauce, and stir until it thickens. Return beef to the pan and combine.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
