sliced against the grain into ¼” thick pieces

light soy sauce

Shaoxing wine

cornstarch
Sauce:

cup
chicken broth

tablespoons
light soy sauce

tablespoons
Shaoxing wine

teaspoons
dark soy sauce

cornstarch

coarsely ground black pepper

Stir Fry:

tablespoons
peanut oil

tablespoon
minced ginger

cloves
garlic
minced
½
white onion
chopped

bell peppers
chopped
Instructions
Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch for 10-15 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet, sear the chicken on both sides, and remove from the pan.
Stir-fry ginger, garlic, onions, and peppers in the same skillet.
Add the sauce, cook until thickened, and toss the chicken back in.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
