Ingredients
  

  • Creamy Base:
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon TABASCO® Sauce
  • Cheeses:
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 3 oz mozzarella cheese grated
  • 4 oz pepper jack cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Add-Ins:
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced
  • 12 oz bacon cooked and crumbled
  • Bread Bowl:
  • 1 round sourdough bread approximately 16 oz
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut top off sourdough and scoop out insides, leaving a 1-inch thick bread bowl. Brush inside with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and TABASCO® Sauce until smooth. Stir in grated cheeses, green onions, and bacon.
  • Reduce oven to 375°F (190°C). Fill bread bowl with cheese mixture, top with Parmesan, and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Serve hot with crackers, chips, or veggies.
