Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 2 large chicken breasts cooked and cubed
  • 4 oz pimento drained
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz each
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 ½ oz chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoon butter softened

Instructions
 

  • Cook cubed chicken until browned. Cook pasta according to directions.
  • In 2 tablespoon butter, sauté onion, celery, and bell pepper until tender.
  • Add pimentos, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
  • Add chicken and fold in cooked pasta.
  • Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Combine shredded cheese and Panko crumbs. Sprinkle on top, then dot with butter.
  • Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
