Instructions
Mix cocoa powder, sugar, and oil in a bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Cover and chill for
2 hours
.
Preheat oven to
350°F
. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll dough into 1-tablespoon balls. Coat generously in powdered sugar.
Place balls on baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake for
10-12 minutes
.
Cool for 5 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
