- 1 box chocolate cake mixplus ingredients listed on the package
- 212 oz jars caramel ice cream topping
- 1 can chocolate frosting
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1–1 ½ cups chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package directions and bake in a 9x13-inch pan. Cool for 10 minutes. 2. Poke holes evenly across the cake with a wooden spoon handle. Pour one jar of caramel topping over the cake and spread it into the holes. Cool completely. 3. Whip the chocolate frosting in a bowl until light and fluffy. Spread evenly over the cooled cake. 4. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and chopped pecans over the frosting. Drizzle with the remaining jar of caramel topping. 5. Serve and enjoy!
