  • 1 bag 30 oz frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 8 tablespoon 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 can 10 ¾ oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, divided
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat OvenPreheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x11-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • Mix IngredientsIn a large bowl, combine onion, 1 cup cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Add sour cream and cream of chicken soup, mixing well.
  • Add Hash Browns and ButterStir in hash browns and melted butter until fully combined.
  • Assemble CasseroleSpoon the mixture into the baking pan and spread evenly. Top with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese.
