Ingredients
  

  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Wet Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup milk
  • zest of 1 large orange
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • Mix-Ins: 1 ½ cups fresh cranberries
  • ½ tablespoon flour
  • Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  • Dry Mix: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Wet Mix: Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, milk, orange zest, and juice.
  • Combine: Alternate adding dry ingredients and wet mixture. Fold in cranberries.
  • Bake: Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool before glazing.
  • Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, orange juice, and zest. Drizzle over cooled bread.
