Sliders: 16 oz package Hawaiian rolls 12 count 1 lb deli turkey thinly sliced 1 cup cranberry sauce jellied or whole berry 6 slices Havarti or provolone cheese Topping: 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons minced dried onion 2 teaspoons poppy seeds 2 teaspoons fresh minced chives
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350ºF . Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Prepare the Rolls: Slice Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
Layer the Turkey: Spread the deli turkey across the rolls in an even layer.
Add Cranberry Sauce: Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey layer.
Add Cheese: Layer 6 slices of Havarti or provolone cheese evenly over the cranberry sauce.
Add Top Layer of Rolls: Place the top half of the rolls on the sliders.
Prepare Butter Topping: In a small bowl, mix melted butter , Worcestershire sauce , Dijon mustard , minced dried onion , poppy seeds , and minced chives .
Brush the Topping: Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15-18 minutes , until sliders are warmed and cheese is melted.
Remove Foil and Brown: Remove foil and bake an additional 3-5 minutes to brown the tops.
