Prep the ribs by removing the membrane and trimming excess fat. Cut into individual ribs.
Sprinkle kosher salt evenly over both sides and let the ribs rest for 1 hour.
Mix the rub ingredients and coat the ribs evenly.
Thread skewers through the ribs or place in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F for 25 minutes (St. Louis style) or 15 minutes (Baby Back ribs). Flip halfway if not using a rotisserie function.
