Ingredients
  

  • 1 rack of St. Louis Style or Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce
  • For the Rub:
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Prep the ribs by removing the membrane and trimming excess fat. Cut into individual ribs.
  • Sprinkle kosher salt evenly over both sides and let the ribs rest for 1 hour.
  • Mix the rub ingredients and coat the ribs evenly.
  • Thread skewers through the ribs or place in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F for 25 minutes (St. Louis style) or 15 minutes (Baby Back ribs). Flip halfway if not using a rotisserie function.
  • Brush with BBQ sauce after cooking and serve hot.
